Currently helming the position of Principal & Programme Director at Raffles College of Higher Education, Giuseppe Spinelli, popularly known as Joe, is trained in both Fashion Design and Creative Arts. His expertise in fashion ranges from men’s and women’s wear, to fashion accessories, as well as leather and fur garments. He has been instrumental in building the
fashion design department at Raffles Design Institute and raising the standards of the local fashion industry, making him one of the most respected personalities in fashion education in Singapore and South East Asia.
